I’ve been working with people of all ages from pregnancy to birth, babies, toddlers, children teenagers and adults, using Homeopathy, Homeobotanicals, shamanic practises and talking since I graduated fro CHE in 2003.

At the heart of my practise is love. (which sounds very airy fairy but hey it’s true).

I trained for 4 yrs to become a Homeopath, completing over 150 clinical hours, I have a shamanic qualification and a counselling level 3 NVQ which I gained in 2019.

Often self care can be the thing that we sacrifice to keep our heads above water. Looking after ourselves can be tricky, with all the pressure of life, work, families, relationships, housing, bills. Adulting and life can be a lot.

That’s where I come in. Whether it’s a specific health challenge or if you feel your Mental Health is compromised, my aim is to offer support and to teach you about ways to care for yourself and your family.

And I’m not just talking about having a bath with candles self care. We will look at the roots of the problem and work on unblocking your from why self care or feeling feelings is difficult. Making sure you care for yourself and are nurtured and nourished, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Part of seeing a Homeopath is educational. I will teach you what remedies will work for you and your family
